These Terms govern your use of rivaelle.com and purchases from Rivaelle (“we”, “us”).

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Keep your account credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

2. Products, pricing & taxes

We try to display colors, specs, and availability accurately, but cannot guarantee perfect accuracy. Prices and availability may change without notice. Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

3. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or cancel an order (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors, unavailable stock). If cancelled after payment, you’ll receive a full refund.

4. Shipping & delivery

Processing and delivery timeframes are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the address you provide. Title passes on full payment.

5. Cancellations, returns & refunds

6. Prohibited uses

You agree not to misuse the site (e.g., commit fraud, infringe IP, upload harmful code, circumvent security).

7. User content (reviews/photos)

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for store operations and marketing. Do not post unlawful or infringing content.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the site (logos, text, graphics, photos) is owned by or licensed to Rivaelle and protected by IP laws. You may not use it without permission.

9. Third-party services

We use third-party tools (payments, analytics, shipping). They have their own terms and privacy practices.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Warranty disclaimer

Except as required by law, products are provided “as is” for ordinary consumer use. For issues on arrival, contact us per our Returns Policy.

12. Force majeure

We aren’t responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, carrier disruptions).

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. (If you prefer a different jurisdiction, let us know and we’ll update this.)

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update the Terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted on this page and take effect upon posting unless stated otherwise.
