How long will it take to get my order?

We pack in 24–48 hours. Typical transit times:  5–10 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as it ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free worldwide shipping. 

What are Rivaelle bags made of?

Premium vegan leather with carefully selected hardware and soft lining. We design for a luxe hand-feel, light weight, and long wear.

Can I return my order?

Absolutely. 14-day returns on unused items with original tags/packaging. Start a return by contacting us at support@rivaelle.com. (Final-sale items and gift cards are not returnable.)

I didn’t receive an order confirmation—what should I do?

Check Promotions/Spam and ensure your email is correct. Still nothing after 10 minutes? Message us at support@rivaelle.com with your name and address and we’ll resend it.

Where is my package?

Use the tracking link in your shipping email or enter your number here: track my order. Tracking can take 24–72h to update after dispatch.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We move fast. If you need a change, contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we’ll do our best before it ships.

Will I pay customs or duties?

Most orders arrive without extra fees, but local taxes/duties may apply depending on your country’s rules. Any due charges are shown by the carrier upon delivery.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes. Our materials are vegan and our partners follow strict standards—no animal-derived leather or glues.

How do I care for my bag?

Wipe with a soft damp cloth, avoid harsh cleaners, and store upright in the dust bag away from direct sunlight. For shape, don’t overfill.

Do you plant a tree with my order?

Yes. Every order funds tree planting—we donate 1% to verified reforestation projects.
