Cancellation Policy

You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of ordering and before the order is marked “Fulfilled.”

• Order edits (address/size): allowed within 24 hours and before fulfillment.

• How to cancel/edit: email support@rivaelle.com with your order number.

• Exclusions: items marked final sale, personalized/custom items, and orders already fulfilled or shipped.

If your order can’t be cancelled, you may still return it under our Returns Policy below (where eligible).
